Das Chalet ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt - eine Minute vom Seeufer, fünf Minuten vom Coop Supermarkt und zehn Minuten von St. Moritz-Dorf und St. Moritz-Bad entfernt. Während der Sommersaison: kostenlose Benutzung des öffentlichen Verkehrs. Das Angebot "Bergbahnen Inklusive" kann zusätzlich gebucht werden. Die 3-Zimmerwohnung (ca. 64m2) liegt im ersten Stock mit einem fantastischen Blick über den St. Moritzer-See und die Engadiner Berge, einem komfortablen Wohn-/ Esszimmer mit Swisscom-TV (über 200 Kanäle, davon 23 englische / 23 französische und 26 italienische) und kostenloses WLAN.
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (für max. 4 Pers.), ausgestattet mit Boxspringbetten, Kleiderschränken, Verdunklungsvorhängen und Fensterladen. Bei Bedarf ist ein Kinderbett inkl. Matratze und Leintuch (exkl. Bettdecke/Kissen) vorhanden (ohne Zusatzkosten). Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit einer Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, mit einem Glaskeramikherd, einem Backofen, einem Geschirrspühler und es gibt ebenfalls ein Käse-/Fleischfondue-Geschirr (Chinoise) sowie einen Racletteofen.
Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Haarfön. Auch ein Bügeleisen ist vorhanden. Im Mietpreis inbegriffen ist ein persönlicher Aussenabstellplatz sowie beim Chalet vorhanden ist ein Skiraum, eine Waschmaschine und ein Wäschetrockner zur Mitbenutzung.
Im Sommer geniessen Sie auf unserem Gartensitzplatz gemütliche Grillabende, ein Gasgrill sowie ein Gartentisch für max. 6 Personen ist vorhanden und zur Mitbenutzung.
Sämtliche Aktivitäten auf und um den See finden praktisch vor der Haustüre statt (Pferderennen, Polo, Eislaufen, Segelanlässe etc.). Mit dem regelmässig zirkulierenden Dorfbus erreichen Sie Ihr Ziel innert wenigen Minuten. Die Haltestellen des Dorf- bzw. Regionalbusses befinden sich schräg vis-à-vis bzw. oberhalb des Hauses.

This chalet is situated in an ideal location – 1 min from the lake shore, 5 mins from the Coop superstore and about 10 mins from both St. Moritz-Dorf and St. Moritz-Bad. During summer season: free use of the public transport. The package "mountain railways included" can be booked additionally. The 3-room apartment (approx. 64m2) is on the first floor with a fantastic view over St. Moritz Lake and the Engadine mountains, a comfortable living/dining room with Swisscom TV (over 200 channels, including 23 English / 23 French and 26 Italian) and free WiFi.
The apartment has two bedrooms (for max. 4 people), equipped with box spring beds, wardrobes, blackout curtains and shutters. If required, a baby bed including a mattress and linen (excluding duvet/pillow) is available (no additional cost). The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a glass ceramic stove, an oven, a dishwasher and there is also a cheese/meat fondue dish (Chinoise) and a raclette oven.
There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. An iron is also available. Included in the rental price is a personal outdoor parking space and the chalet has a ski storage room, a washing machine and a tumble dryer for shared use.
During summer season you can use our patio for barbecues, a gas grill and a table for max 6 persons are available and for share.
All activities on and around the lake, as for example horse races, polo, skating possibilities, sailing events will find practically on the doorstep instead. By a regularly circulating village bus you can reach your destination within a few minutes. The stop of the village or regional bus are inclined on the other side of the street or above the house.
